Recruiter (AI)

Location: Remote across the United States, with work mostly during North American hours

What you will do

• Recruit exceptional candidates across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A, including personally sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates for critical roles.
• Build a proactive sourcing engine and develop long-term relationships with people who are not actively looking.
• Partner with leaders to define role expectations, hiring scorecards, competencies, interview formats, and disqualifiers.
• Improve interviews through work reviews, live demonstrations, technical discussions, and evidence-based assessment.
• Build onboarding and ramp plans that help new hires understand hirify.global, its products, customers, culture, and expectations.
• Develop lightweight systems for feedback, performance, compensation, career development, headcount planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting exceptional technical talent at a high-growth technology company.
• Ability to source, engage, assess, and close candidates who are not actively applying.
• Strong judgment in evaluating sustained impact, ownership, curiosity, working style, and decision-making.
• Ability to build credibility with engineers, product leaders, and GTM professionals through genuine curiosity about their work.
• Comfort moving between recruiting strategy and hands-on sourcing, interview preparation, candidate experience, closing, and onboarding.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States during mostly North American hours.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for developer tools, infrastructure, open source, or deeply technical products.
• Experience using technology, automation, and AI to improve recruiting and people systems.
