Product Engineering: Agile & Product Excellence Lead

What you will do

• Own continuous improvement of software delivery flow and quality across Product Engineering, increasing throughput, predictability, value realisation, and time-to-value.
• Assess team and organisational maturity and create measurable improvement plans.
• Identify and remove structural, governance, delivery, and team-level impediments with Product Managers, engineering teams, and leadership.
• Establish data-driven flow management using delivery, dependency, team health, DORA, and value metrics.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and retrospectives while coaching teams and leaders on Agile, Lean, product, and delivery practices.
• Collaborate with leaders to standardise and evolve practices, tooling, change management, and scaled Agile approaches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a delivery flow leader in complex organisations.
• Deep practical understanding of Agile, product, and delivery methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience leading or supporting organisational change and scaling Agile in larger enterprises.
• Ability to resolve complex organisational and team impediments and improve flow and time-to-value.
• Understanding of DORA and other flow and value metrics; experience across Agile, Waterfall, Product, and evolving delivery models.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
