What you will do

• Partner with sales for C-suite scoping, deep discovery, value quantification ($10M+ problems), and pilot definition (MVP, success criteria, timeline).
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: author PRD, prioritize engineering backlog, manage scope, and act as primary QA tester.
• Drive agile execution, manage communications from C-suite to engineers, and unblock technical/political issues as escalation manager.
• Lead solution launch, war room operations, user feedback iteration, and full adoption to prove business value.
• Scope maintenance plans, create documentation/training, and identify next high-value engagements.

Requirements

• Executive presence and communication: trusted advisor with C-suite gravitas, opinionated yet humble, able to build rapport and drive decisions quickly.
• Product and strategy mindset: perform SWOT analysis, understand competitive landscape, define what and why to build.
• Relentless execution: hands-on mentality, expert at escalation, willing to handle unglamorous work.
• Proven experience as Deployment Strategist, high-growth startup builder/founder, or senior client-facing product/delivery roles in tech/consulting.
• Demonstrated skills in value-based scoping (TCO/ROI), agile project management, PRD writing, and ability to travel up to 50%.
