Deployment Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to conduct C-suite discovery, map customer organizations, quantify business value, and define pilots with MVPs, success criteria, and timelines.
• Own the non-technical product lifecycle by authoring PRDs, prioritizing engineering backlogs, managing scope, and performing hands-on QA testing.
• Drive agile delivery with FDE engineers and manage communication across executives, stakeholders, and technical contributors.
• Resolve technical and political blockers, manage launch war rooms, and guide solutions from launch through adoption.
• Define maintenance plans, create customer documentation and training, and identify follow-on high-value engagements.

Requirements

• Executive presence, C-suite communication skills, and the ability to build trust and drive decisions quickly.
• Product and systems thinking, including SWOT analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and defining what to build and why.
• Hands-on execution experience, escalation management, and willingness to handle detailed delivery work.
• Experience in value-based scoping, including TCO and ROI analysis.
• Experience managing agile software projects and writing PRDs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Deployment Strategist or in a high-growth startup as a hands-on builder or founder.
• Senior client-facing product or delivery experience at a leading technology company or top-tier consultancy.
