Sales Completion Specialist

Location: Brighton, UK (Hybrid: 1 day per week remote)

Salary: £26,000 base salary (£36,500 OTE)

What you will do

• Act as a trusted expert for car sellers, ensuring a seamless post-auction experience.
• Lead negotiations between sellers and dealers to facilitate fair and successful transactions.
• Work towards team targets and KPIs while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with Account Management teams to align seller and dealer expectations.
• Provide feedback on new platform features to help shape the future of the service.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Brighton, UK.
• Proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to build solid rapport with customers via phone and email.
• Thrive in a collaborative team setting with a high standard of work.
