Senior HRIS Analyst

Location: Remote in Costa Rica

What you will do

• Administer the global HR technology stack, including implementation, configuration, integrations, enhancements, and maintenance.
• Maintain HR databases, data integrity, validations, calculated fields, eligibility rules, security roles, and system configurations.
• Support merit and incentive processes from budget planning through delivery.
• Produce advanced reports, dashboards, and HR analytics while modeling organizational and financial impacts.
• Review, develop, and document HR processes, training materials, and job aids.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support internal audits, compliance initiatives, and company-wide audits such as SOC and ISO.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in HR systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Workday.
• Understanding of business and financial programs and terminology.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical, consultative, communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Functional knowledge of HR methodologies, programs, and practices.
