Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

hirify.global manufactures drone motors and robot actuators and is building and scaling its U.S. production capabilities for the global market.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end technical programs across design, engineering, manufacturing, and customer delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and business goals.
• Drive program schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Align engineering, operations, product, quality, manufacturing, and customer stakeholders.
• Lead program status reviews and maintain transparency on progress.
• Support continuous improvement of program management processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in hardware, motors, robotics, or aerospace.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in drone or robotics sectors.
• Experience across the product development lifecycle from design through manufacturing.
• Project management certification such as PMP or Scrum Master.
