Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: Henderson, Colorado, United States

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year, plus an equity package based on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering programs from concept through deployment across hardware, software, systems engineering, robotics, product, safety, manufacturing, and field operations.
• Coordinate hardware prototype builds, software releases, system integration, validation, testing, and customer deployment readiness.
• Define program plans, milestones, dependencies, schedules, and accountability with engineering and product leaders.
• Identify technical, operational, and schedule risks, develop mitigation strategies, and remove execution blockers.
• Track program health through metrics, dashboards, and KPIs and provide updates to engineering leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Standardize planning, reporting, documentation, design reviews, and operating mechanisms to improve predictable engineering execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience with robotics, autonomous vehicles, automotive, industrial automation, aerospace, complex hardware/software products, or an equivalent field.
• Experience coordinating hardware and software development simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile and traditional development methodologies.
• Strong technical acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a complex technical environment.
