Technical Recruiter

Location: New York, NY; on-site five days a week

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 base annually, plus equity and annual performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for senior, staff, and principal product, design, and engineering roles.
• Build creative outbound campaigns, leverage networks, and develop targeted approaches to reach high-impact candidates.
• Manage the full candidate journey from initial outreach through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define role profiles, calibrate scorecards, and establish hiring standards.
• Build scalable recruiting operations, including ATS hygiene, interview kits, scorecards, reporting, pipeline reviews, and calibration sessions.
• Shape and continuously improve the company’s recruiting story and candidate-facing employer brand.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting technical and/or go-to-market talent.
• Exceptional sourcing instincts and a builder’s mindset for creative outbound recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in a high-velocity environment without losing attention to detail.
• Strong judgment, taste, and a high bar for talent quality.
• Interest in growing within a fast-scaling company and building the talent function alongside founders and leadership.
