AI Product Manager

Location: Europe; fully remote and work from anywhere

Salary: €75,000–€125,000 estimated base salary per year

What you will do

• Own product work end to end, from investigating problems and selecting an approach to building, launching, measuring, and iterating on solutions.
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, coding, debugging, and workflow development.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and design focused experiments to test product assumptions quickly.
• Define success metrics, analyze experiment results, and decide whether to improve, expand, or stop shipped features.
• Collaborate directly with the Co-founder and CTO, designers, and engineers on the web product.
• Surface blockers early, challenge assumptions constructively, and maintain delivery momentum.

Requirements

• Experience personally building and shipping a feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Experience using metrics, A/B tests, product experiments, data analysis, or lightweight user research to guide product decisions.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to move from investigation to execution without waiting for complete specifications.
• Clear communication and direct collaboration with designers, engineers, and stakeholders; fully fluent English required.
• Enough design fluency to prompt and create a usable UI independently.
• Comfort building products based on uncensored models and content.

Nice to have

• Experience at a fast-scaling D2C, consumer technology company, or scale-up.
• Experience building consumer-facing features.
• Background in entertainment, avatars, gaming, or another high-touch media industry.
