Product Manager II (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States. hirify.global has employees across the US, Canada, UK, The Philippines, and Romania, but is currently unable to hire in Quebec, Northern Ireland, and Hawaii. The role follows a remote-first model with optional company-paid coworking spaces and occasional in-person events.

Salary: $104,880–$157,320 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 10%.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for a core benchmarking solutions feature set.
• Rapidly prototype and validate product concepts using AI-assisted development tools, then partner with engineering to turn prototypes into production features.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and Scrum teams, serving as Product Owner when needed.
• Research customer needs, gather feedback, validate assumptions, and prioritize features based on customer and business impact.
• Engage directly with customers, communicate roadmaps and delivery plans, and align stakeholders on priorities.
• Define success metrics, support launches, drive feature adoption, and work with product marketing to maximize impact.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of product management experience in B2B business models, ideally SaaS.
• Track record of scoping and shipping features or small product initiatives with measurable user and business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development or prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, or v0.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to communicate effectively with engineers and architects.
• Strong project management, prioritization, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep customer empathy and experience researching customer pain points and needs.
