Product Manager II (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States. hirify.global is currently unable to hire in Quebec, Northern Ireland, or Hawaii. Occasional in-person gatherings may take place a few times per year.

Base salary: $104,880–$157,320 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 10%.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for a core benchmarking product feature set.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to prototype and validate concepts quickly, then partner with engineering to deliver production-ready features.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and Scrum teams to scope and prioritize work.
• Research customer needs, gather feedback, communicate roadmaps, and align stakeholders on delivery plans.
• Define success metrics, support feature adoption, and partner with product marketing on launches.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of product management experience in B2B business models, ideally SaaS.
• Track record of scoping and shipping features or small product initiatives with measurable user and business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development or prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, or v0.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to communicate effectively with engineers and architects.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer research experience and the ability to understand customer pain points and needs.
