Salary: $104,900 - $174,700 (base pay range)

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategies that drive customer value, business growth, and competitive advantage.
• Develop and communicate product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for the product portfolio.
• Lead product discovery, research, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to set strategic priorities.
• Drive go-to-market planning and execution with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
• Establish product performance metrics and KPIs and optimize outcomes and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional teams across the full product lifecycle and evaluate build/buy/partner opportunities.

Requirements

• Significant Product Management experience with leadership responsibility in complex software/technology environments.
• Experience leading and developing Product Managers and building high-performing product teams.
• Proven success delivering measurable growth and commercial results from product portfolios.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen to translate market opportunities into business outcomes.
• Experience using customer insights, market research, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI products and a spec-driven code-generation approach to product management.
