Director Product Management (AI)

Location: London, Europe, or the US East Coast

Base pay: €110,500–€184,000 annually in Amsterdam; kr880,100–kr1,467,100 annually in Denmark.

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategies that drive customer value, business growth, and competitive advantage.
• Set the product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for the product portfolio.
• Lead customer research, product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven prioritization.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, sales, technology, and customer success teams on go-to-market execution.
• Establish product performance metrics and optimize outcomes and return on investment.
• Lead products through the full lifecycle and evaluate build, buy, and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Significant product management leadership experience in complex software or technology environments.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven success managing products or portfolios that delivered measurable growth and commercial results.
• Experience leading and developing product managers and building high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience using customer insights, market research, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI products and a specification-driven code-generation approach to product management.
