Recruiter (Nuclear Energy)

Location: Must be based in the United States and willing to work on-site in Austin, TX

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, hiring plans, data, and market insights.
• Source and assess passive candidates across engineering, manufacturing, operations, corporate, sales, and other business functions.
• Conduct recruiter screens, recommend candidates, and coordinate consistent interview processes.
• Improve recruiting processes, employer branding, and candidate experience.
• Support university recruiting, internship programs, and hiring events.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and business roles.
• Experience recruiting in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, energy, automotive, or other highly technical environments.
• Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate identification.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the United States, willing to work on-site in Austin, TX, and be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person under 10 CFR Part 810.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in manufacturing, hardware, aerospace, energy, semiconductor, robotics, or defense.
• Experience recruiting sales or commercial talent.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, especially Rippling, and recruiting analytics.
• Experience supporting university recruiting or internship programs.
