Recruiter (AI Security)

Location: San Francisco, on-site; candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical, and GTM roles while managing multiple searches.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and compensation strategy.
• Build the recruiting function from scratch, including sourcing approaches, evaluation frameworks, and competitive positioning.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, technical communities, referrals, and other channels.
• Develop the employer brand and recruiting narrative for an autonomous security company.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startups.
• Proven success hiring exceptional engineering talent in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, ML infrastructure, and security engineering.
• Experience building recruiting functions from scratch or joining as an early recruiting hire.
• High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco; this role is in-office.
