Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Fully on-site at the Torrance, CA headquarters; candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Torrance, CA.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical engineering, manufacturing, and specialized technical roles.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define talent profiles, role requirements, hiring criteria, and interview plans.
• Develop creative sourcing and engagement strategies for passive candidates in competitive technical markets.
• Drive efficient, high-quality interview processes from initial outreach through offer close.
• Improve recruiting funnels and build equitable interview processes using new tools, technology trends, and market data.
• Advocate for an excellent candidate experience and support diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven experience hiring for engineering or other highly technical roles and sourcing passive candidates.
• Strong candidate assessment, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
• Experience improving or streamlining recruiting or operational processes.
• High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, energy, robotics, or hardware-focused companies.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, nuclear, manufacturing, or systems engineering roles.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS and data-driven pipeline tracking and reporting.
