What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Recruit for engineering, operations, and business positions, including software engineering, robotics, and data roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, write job descriptions, and build structured interview processes.
• Source passive candidates through research, networking, and direct outreach.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in ATS and sourcing platforms while tracking recruiting metrics and improving processes.
• Represent hirify.global and support a positive candidate experience through onboarding.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven experience sourcing and placing technical talent, such as software engineers, robotics specialists, and data professionals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on relationship building.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
