Director, Technology - Implementation (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation of an agentic operating system for marketing, from technical scoping through deployment, integration, and adoption.
• Lead a team of implementation engineers and solution architects while setting delivery standards and ensuring engagement quality and pace.
• Translate customer requirements into deployment plans and collaborate with platform engineering on gaps, integrations, and roadmap feedback.
• Design integrations with customer tools including Figma, Slack, Teams, Adobe, and performance dashboards.
• Define adoption outcomes, enablement, instrumentation, and follow-through after go-live.
• Coordinate engineering, account, and customer stakeholders throughout delivery.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical implementations or professional-services delivery for software or platform products, preferably for enterprise customers.
• Strong technical fluency in cloud technologies, integrations, and APIs, including deployment architecture and integration debugging.
• Customer-facing communication and presentation skills, including ownership of scope, timelines, tradeoffs, and customer relationships.
• People leadership experience in matrixed or cross-functional structures.
• Experience using AI-enabled development tools and workflows for engineering, automation, debugging, and operations.
• Experience orchestrating multi-step AI or agent-driven workflows and reviewing AI-assisted output for security, scalability, maintainability, and architectural fit.

Nice to have

• Experience building prompts, evaluation frameworks, documentation, or operational context systems that improve engineering velocity and reliability.
• Familiarity with automated evaluation and feedback loops for AI-enabled systems and workflows.
