What you will do

• Represent the AI team to internal agency stakeholders and partner with Strategy, Data and Analysis, Media, Experience Design, Project Management, Social, Commerce, CRM, and Creative Experience teams.
• Lead end-to-end discovery, strategy, architecture, prototyping, and delivery of AI-powered projects using the generative AI platform.
• Design, deploy, and support custom AI agents and experiences with developers, designers, strategists, and subject-matter experts.
• Identify platform improvements, define use cases and requirements, and establish acceptance criteria with the platform development team.
• Define scalable intake, planning, rollout, training, support, and maintenance processes.
• Present complex technical concepts clearly and manage, mentor, and coach multidisciplinary staff.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in digital or technology projects.
• 5+ years of consulting or digital agency experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, including designing, deploying, and optimizing solutions.
• Strong system and business analysis skills, with experience driving products from ideation through launch.
• Proficiency with modern AI platforms, tools, and the software development lifecycle.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and multidisciplinary leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or a technology-related field.
