Staff Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Based in Lehi, Utah, United States; team members are encouraged to use the Utah office for collaboration, project kickoffs, and cross-functional strategy.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of complex software products by defining requirements and overseeing implementation.
• Facilitate technical design reviews and evaluate scalability, speed-to-market, and architectural trade-offs.
• Optimize SDLC processes, remove delivery bottlenecks, and support predictable, high-quality deployments.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, technical risks, RAID logs, and mitigation strategies.
• Translate high-level requirements into technical plans, API contracts, and system diagrams.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, InfoSec, and other stakeholders while providing executive visibility through KPIs and OKRs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical technical experience.
• 10+ years of technical program management experience leading large-scale software delivery.
• 10+ years managing end-to-end SDLC for complex distributed systems.
• 10+ years of strategic roadmapping, resource allocation, and technical risk mitigation.
• Expertise with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows to improve individual and team velocity.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of direct technical experience in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or systems architecture.
• Experience leading systemic change management within an engineering organization.
• Experience working in fintech.
