Senior Technical Program Manager (FinTech)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end technical implementation programs and workstreams for internal tooling and employee services.
• Build and execute multi-quarter roadmaps with engineering, product, technology, and digital leadership.
• Facilitate continuous planning, priority alignment, milestone definition, and delivery tracking.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, course corrections, and escalations across teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders and provide clear status reporting on progress, outcomes, and project financial health.
• Maintain Jira-based project data hygiene and support accurate organizational reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management for complex, highly visible, interdependent projects.
• BS/BA in technical or information science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working with product, engineering, security, database, and architecture teams.
• Knowledge of digital certificates, root hierarchies, mTLS, SSO, and SAML.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, cross-functional transformation initiatives, risk mitigation, and executive communication.

Nice to have

• PMP or Agile certification.
• Experience in FinTech or highly regulated environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and similar organizational tools.
