Director, Creator Acceleration

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $135,000–$150,000 USD base salary per year, plus bonus potential, commission, and equity.

hirify.global builds e-commerce infrastructure for human-led curation, helping brands run creator programs and enabling creators to monetize their influence.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, performance, and growth of the Acceleration creator segment.
• Design the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, playbooks, metrics, and accountability model for moving creators from first earnings to sustained platform usage.
• Partner with Account Management to activate high-potential creators through structured one-to-one engagement.
• Build scalable one-to-many programs across community, education, concierge, and operations.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Creator Amplification, and Events to improve the creator experience and creator-facing tools.
• Scale the team and operating model, using pilots and funnel targets to guide prioritization.

Requirements

• Experience owning growth, performance, or lifecycle programs with measurable funnel outcomes.
• Ability to build teams, operating models, playbooks, and accountability systems from the ground up.
• Experience combining structured one-to-one engagement with scalable one-to-many programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, account management, community, and operations functions.
• Ability to run multiple pilots, assess performance, and determine which initiatives to scale or discontinue.
