Operations Supervisor (Robotics)

Location: Burlington, New Jersey, United States; onsite warehouse role with 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedules based on operational needs

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse production, shipping, receiving, staffing, work schedules, and shift productivity.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, conduct pre-shift meetings, and communicate production goals and operational updates.
• Manage and supervise a fleet of warehouse robots, participate in robot recovery operations, and document maintenance issues.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and recommend operational, system, process improvement, 5S, and Lean initiatives.
• Train, coach, develop, and evaluate hourly associates while supporting onboarding and talent selection.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant warehouse environment, including OSHA programs, incident reporting, and daily safety checks.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, highly automated, or e-commerce environments preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, WMS systems, and OSHA regulations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and stressful situations.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 12 hours and work at elevated heights with fall protection equipment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds frequently and more than 50 pounds occasionally.

Nice to have

• Experience approving payroll time and basic knowledge of warehouse or mechanical equipment.
• Forklift certification.
• Understanding of performance metrics, process improvement, 5S, and Lean tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
