Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and close.
• Recruit Software Engineering and Product talent, supporting hiring across global offices.
• Build diverse pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles through proactive sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Conduct HR and behavioral interviews and assess motivation, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on market data, role scoping, hiring strategy, interview design, and calibration.
• Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel metrics while contributing to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including complex, high-volume, or senior searches.
• Proven experience hiring Software Engineering and Product profiles.
• Global recruiting experience across multiple countries and cultures.
• High level of spoken and written English required.
• Strong sourcing, HR interviewing, communication, stakeholder management, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to independently manage a full recruiting desk with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with Greenhouse or another ATS.
• Experience supporting hiring in the US and/or EMEA markets in addition to Israel.
• Background in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition operations and analytics.
