What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Customer Experience, Support, and Marketing roles across Australia.
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, interview frameworks, and assessment criteria.
• Coordinate interview processes and support a consistent candidate experience.
• Manage offer processes, including negotiation support and coordination with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment reporting and facilitate onboarding for new employees.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for sales, customer-facing, or support functions is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of Australian employment law and visa/work rights compliance, or strong willingness to develop this expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple roles.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse is preferred.
