What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales (SDR/AE), CX (CSM/AM), Support, and Marketing roles across Australia.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines via sourcing, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and job boards.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview frameworks, and assessment criteria.
- Coordinate interview processes and manage offer steps, including negotiation support and hiring-manager coordination.
- Run recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking using ATS, trackers, and dashboards.
- Serve as the primary Australian HR point of contact for employee queries and local escalations; support onboarding, performance management, People & Culture initiatives, and compliance (including visa/work rights).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and people operations.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment law and visa/work rights compliance (or strong willingness to build this expertise quickly).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with discretion for sensitive HR matters.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities across recruiting and HR operations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
- Experience with ATS platforms and/or HRIS systems is desirable.
