Senior Consultant – Geneva (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Hong Kong, Singapore, or Sydney

What you will do

• Deliver consulting services for Geneva implementation and upgrade projects.
• Execute implementation tasks, configure products, and automate and optimize client workflows.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate project status with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare system and data transition plans, including historical data migration and reconciliation.
• Lead hands-on training, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support during go-live events.
• Build client relationships and present information to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting.
• 8+ years of client experience in the fintech and investment industry.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Geneva and working knowledge of SS&C Recon.
• Technical experience with SQL, C#, SSRS, and AI tools; infrastructure and networking knowledge is beneficial.
• Experience with asset management, fund accounting, transfer agency, back-office workflows, general ledger, and trial balance.
• Fluent written and spoken English, strong communication and client management skills, and local market knowledge across APAC.
