What you will do

  • Lead complex Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service implementations for telecommunications clients.
  • Guide finance transformation initiatives focused on revenue recognition, compliance, process optimization, and automation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and collaborate across functional and technical workstreams.
  • Lead business requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional design, CRP, SIT, UAT, and end-user training.
  • Mentor project teams and support the adoption of Oracle Fusion Financials best practices.

Requirements

  • 10–13 years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
  • At least five completed end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, upgrade, lift-and-shift, or support engagements.
  • Full-cycle Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service implementation experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger, Revenue Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses.
  • Experience with enterprise structures, chart of accounts, hierarchies, flexfields, FBDI, ADFdi, reconciliation, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio, and Smart View.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and presentation skills with experience engaging senior business leaders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IFRS and BEPS Pillar 2.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Tax configurations, including transaction and withholding taxes.
  • Experience with financial period-close, production support, Oracle Support, and integrations with Projects, Procurement, SCM, and HCM.
  • Consulting experience delivering large-scale finance transformation programs across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
