What you will do

• Manage investor and client inquiries, own issue resolution, and maintain timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, industry practices, and operational risk controls.
• Maintain accurate, version-controlled documentation for audits, regulatory reviews, compliance, and risk management.
• Identify process improvements and support workflow automation initiatives across investor services operations.
• Participate in training programs and workshops covering investor services processes, systems, and regulations.
• Collaborate with relationship management, client services, operations, compliance, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in investor services or transfer agency operations, preferably with 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong client service, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of client service delivery, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
