Focus on developing business cases, evaluating growth opportunities, and translating complex industry insights into recommendations for senior leadership.
Location: Marina Bay, Central Region; opportunities also listed in Taiwan and Shanghai

What you will do
- Support annual strategic planning, long-range growth initiatives, and priority-setting processes.
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives with commercial, product management, technology, operations, and finance teams.
- Lead market assessments, competitive benchmarking, opportunity sizing, business cases, and growth initiative evaluations.
- Analyze technology trends and ecosystem developments across electronics, semiconductors, materials, manufacturing, and adjacent industries.
- Develop market intelligence on customers, competitors, technologies, end markets, and industry developments.
- Prepare executive presentations, white papers, and decision-support materials with clear recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the electronics ecosystem, including semiconductors, electronic materials, PCB fabrication, or related industries.
- At least 1 year of strategy or consulting experience after an MBA, or 3+ years without an MBA.
- Experience with strategic recommendations, market analysis, competitive intelligence, business cases, growth strategy, portfolio analysis, or investment evaluation.
- Experience supporting senior leadership with complex business decisions, investments, growth opportunities, or strategic priorities.
- Professional-level English communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Experience leading strategic workstreams or small cross-functional teams.
- Structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis skills.
- Advanced analytics experience with large datasets, including Python, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar tools.
- MBA or another advanced degree combined with technical and strategic experience.
