Corporate Strategy Manager (Semiconductors)

Location: Marina Bay, Central Region; role locations include Taiwan, Singapore, or Shanghai

What you will do

• Support annual strategic planning, long-range growth initiatives, and priority-setting processes.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives with commercial, product management, technology, operations, and finance teams.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, opportunity sizing, business case development, and growth initiative evaluations.
• Analyze technology trends and ecosystem developments across electronics, semiconductors, materials, manufacturing, and adjacent industries.
• Develop market intelligence on customers, competitors, technologies, end markets, and industry developments.
• Prepare executive presentations, white papers, and decision-support materials with clear recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the electronics ecosystem, including semiconductors, electronic materials, PCB fabrication, or related industries.
• At least 1 year of strategy or consulting experience after an MBA, or 3+ years without an MBA.
• Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, business case development, growth strategy, portfolio analysis, or investment evaluation.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with complex business decisions, investments, growth opportunities, or strategic priorities.
• Professional-level English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading strategic workstreams or small cross-functional teams across multiple businesses, functions, or geographies.
• Structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis experience.
• Advanced analytics experience with large datasets, including Python, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar tools.
• MBA or another advanced degree combined with technical and strategic experience.
