What you will do

  • Promote and facilitate the successful implementation of the hirify.global Business System at Beckman.
  • Drive sustainable improvements in quality, delivery, cost, and innovation through DBS tools, policy deployment, and daily management.
  • Develop DBS roadmaps with Beckman leadership and support business unit strategic objectives.
  • Provide formal and informal DBS training, coaching, and facilitation, including support from external trainers and consultants.
  • Plan, execute, and sustain kaizen events through a structured improvement funnel.
  • Diagnose workflow impediments and waste, support digital transformation, benchmark best practices, and contribute to hirify.global improvement awards.

Requirements

  • Experience applying hirify.global Business System tools to drive sustainable business improvements.
  • Strong consulting, change management, training, coaching, and facilitation capabilities.
  • Knowledge of policy deployment, daily management, lean production, kaizen leadership, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work with business leaders and associates on DBS capability development.
  • Ability to pursue certification in DBS tools and support certification processes for others.
  • Based in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China.
