Senior Director, Corporate Strategy (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid: minimum 3 days in office)

What you will do

• Develop regional and market-specific strategy efforts for the Asia Pacific region.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to support strategies aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Monitor competitive developments and develop timely responses to emerging trends in the payments industry.
• Lead end-to-end strategy efforts, including country strategies and multi-year regional plans.
• Manage commercial responses to regulatory changes and develop go-to-market plans for new solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to logically structure problems, develop hypotheses, and present execution plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Business, or similar fields.
• 15+ years of experience in leading strategy projects at top-tier Management Consulting firms or in a Corporate Strategy group within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic acumen with expertise in financial modelling and scenario building.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior executives.
• Must be based in Singapore.
