International Branch Operations Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid working model with flexible hours and headquarters in Pullach near Munich. Regular travel to international branch locations is required.

What you will do

• Own projects and initiatives that increase customer satisfaction across international markets.
• Conduct on-site quality audits at major branches worldwide.
• Lead global quality projects in collaboration with country organizations.
• Develop quality tools, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify service-quality opportunities and implement measurable operational improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• Professional experience in quality management or auditing, ideally in the service or mobility industry.
• Willingness to travel regularly to international locations and work directly with branch managers and teams.
• Independent, structured, analytical, and process-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cultures and organizational levels.
• Fluent English and proficiency in MS Office.

Nice to have

• Certification as a Quality Management Representative or Environmental Management Representative.
• German language skills.
