Intern Product Operations, Local Shops - Quick Commerce

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with face-to-face collaboration at the Berlin campus 2 days a week

What you will do

• Coordinate rollout schedules for operational enablement features with Product, Tech, regional stakeholders, and local teams.
• Conduct user testing, validate new features, and collect feedback before wider deployment.
• Create operational documentation, user guides, and knowledge-enablement materials.
• Track post-launch adoption, analyze performance metrics, and measure the operational impact of feature rollouts.
• Support partner enablement and improve onboarding and self-service operations.

Requirements

• Studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous internship or practical experience in analytics, operations, or project management.
• Ability to map complex workflows, perform root cause analysis, and design structured, scalable processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including defining success metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious, self-directed approach with ownership of assigned projects.
