What you will do

• Serve as the interface between Microchip and automotive customers on process-related topics.
• Support compliance with international automotive standards and customer-specific requirements, including IATF 16949 and VDA standards.
• Guide customers through PPAP documentation and submissions, change management, and supply chain escalations.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize internal business processes using digitalization and AI-based solutions where beneficial.
• Coordinate quality, supply chain, engineering, sales, and marketing stakeholders.
• Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, workshops, and process training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in the semiconductor and/or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and methodologies, including PPAP, APQP, and change management.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and German business language proficiency required.
