Strategy & Operations Intern (Fintech)

Location: Remote, with an office in Berlin available for in-person work

What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Risk to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.
• Support customer onboarding, business reviews, and operational process improvements.
• Conduct market research and analyze data for strategic decisions.
• Optimize operational workflows to support scalable growth.
• Identify challenges and propose solutions that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption.
• Develop foundational skills in analysis, communication, and project coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Availability for a six-month, full-time internship at 40 hours per week.
• Ability to structure abstract problems into actionable recommendations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in operations, customer service, or a related area.
