Revenue Accountant

What you will do

• Review customer contracts for compliance and revenue implications under ASC 606.
• Manage forecasted revenue timing in Workday and assess potential long-term accounting impacts.
• Oversee accounts receivable processes and respond to customer invoicing questions.
• Complete monthly revenue and accounts receivable close procedures, including analysis of deferred revenue and unbilled balances.
• Help develop accounting processes and controls, support budgeting and forecasting, and prepare external audit documentation.
• Maintain compliance with information security, acceptable use, and HIPAA privacy and security requirements.

Requirements

• Accounting or Finance degree required.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, plus proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP; ASC 606 knowledge preferred.
• ERP experience required; Workday experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, independent work ability, deadline management, and adaptability.
