Associate, Creator Experience

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential bonus or commission and equity.

What you will do

• Maintain and optimize creator shops, ensuring links and content remain accurate, current, and effective.
• Monitor creator content and proactively identify relevant linking and product opportunities.
• Track creator momentum and tier progress, and flag potential issues to Account Managers.
• Provide responsive, professional support during routine work and high-priority sales events or product launches.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on priorities and creator strategies.
• Identify recurring issues, escalate risks, and improve processes and tool usage.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in creator support, customer experience, operations, or another execution-focused role.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage recurring tasks across multiple creators.
• High attention to detail and reliable, accurate execution.
• Proactive, resilient, and persistent approach to solving creator and platform issues.
• Clear, professional communication and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and quick turnaround expectations.

• Experience in a creator-facing, talent, or client services role.
