Customer Success Manager (Affiliate Marketing)

Location: New York, Santa Barbara, Seattle, or Columbus, United States

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year, plus a variable commission plan of $20,000–$23,750 and RSU award.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality support to top clients.
• Manage proactive and reactive relationships across assigned accounts.
• Monitor accounts, conduct regular check-ins, and build customer relationships.
• Train customers and provide product support using the software suite.
• Delegate technical issues and feature requests to the appropriate teams.
• Use business judgment and critical thinking to improve digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of providing excellent customer support.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including affiliate and partnership marketing.
• Professional communication, conflict resolution, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Initiative, flexibility, attention to detail, teamwork, and inventive problem-solving ability.
