Wafer Fab Support Technician

Location: Fremont, California, United States; onsite at the Fremont office

Salary: $52,600–$70,100 per year

What you will do

• Support manufacturing teams with operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to manufacturing performance, quality, and business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and operational documentation.
• Support local IT projects, equipment deployments, and technology initiatives.
• Manage cleanroom garments, supplies, inventories, locker assignments, and related coordination.
• Provide backup support for wafer fab quality audits, inspections, documentation reviews, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Ability to learn wafer manufacturing processes and logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn SPC, MES, and other manufacturing applications.
• Basic programming, data query, and data analytics skills.
• Must be able to work in a cleanroom.
• Ability to follow safety, quality, environmental, and cleanroom standards.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting manufacturing data analysis or reporting.
