Location: Essex Junction, United States; onsite N2 shift from 7 PM to 7 AM on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with rotating Saturdays

Salary: $45,800–$87,600 per year

What you will do

  • Execute new product introduction and production flows across wafer and package testing operations.
  • Run test tools manually and identify issues and flow inhibitors during process execution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and investigate test-limited yield issues.
  • Support manufacturing readiness as new products enter the volume ramp phase.
  • Improve manufacturing test processes for commercial, automotive RF mixed-signal, and silicon photonics products.
  • Collaborate on structured problem solving and root-cause analysis for quality incidents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least four years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or relevant manufacturing involving product flow and root-cause analysis.
  • Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Nice to have

  • Associate degree in engineering technology or a related field.
  • Four or more years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with hands-on mechanical experience.
  • Lean tools experience focused on waste reduction, standardization, and sustained improvement.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor test processes and semiconductor fabrication.
