Technical Support Engineer

Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts, United States. The role involves working in an office environment and potentially in manufacturing or customer facilities, with up to 10% travel.

Salary: $88,425–$105,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide expert technical support, complex troubleshooting, and issue resolution by phone, email, or in person.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to investigate product failure modes and implement corrective actions.
• Represent Service in product development projects and support the transition of new products from design to service.
• Develop technical memos, service bulletins, and training materials for global service teams.
• Deliver product training to Field Service Engineers, customers, and Service Technicians.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a technical engineering field or equivalent practical experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on field service or technical support experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, work in office, manufacturing, or customer environments, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
