Head of Talent

Location: On-site at the Redmond, WA location in the Greater Seattle Area. Travel up to 20% to global hirify.global locations.

Compensation: $190K–$225K annually plus equity.

hirify.global develops Physical AI and autonomous fleets that transform bulldozers, loaders, and excavators for mining, construction, military, and extreme-condition environments.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver a global talent acquisition strategy with the CEO and senior engineering leadership.
• Translate engineering roadmaps and revenue forecasts into actionable hiring plans.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters while establishing a high-trust, high-accountability culture.
• Improve hiring operations, assessment standards, interview processes, pipeline health, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Build the employer brand and candidate experience in partnership with Marketing.
• Own recruiting systems, data governance, workforce modeling, agency relationships, and geographic expansion planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including senior leadership roles at high-growth technology companies.
• Experience overseeing multiple talent functions, including recruiting, operations, and systems.
• Proven ability to scale recruiting organizations in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Experience placing executive-level and key leadership hires and managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing external talent agencies, partners, and RPOs.
• Hands-on strategic and operational execution with strong discipline and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, mining, defense, agriculture, or other heavy-industry verticals.
• Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial software.
• Experience building teams and setting talent strategy for first-mover technology companies.
