Sr. Manager, Revenue Accounting

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment

Salary: $128,000–$160,000 + bonus

hirify.global provides a SaaS digital sales and service platform for US banks and credit unions, covering onboarding, digital banking, data, and marketing.

What you will do

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end revenue close processes across all subsidiaries under ASC 606 and company policies.
• Review complex and non-standard contracts, including multi-element bundles, subscription renewals, and professional services milestones.
• Own and administer NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management, improving automation, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Maintain deferred revenue schedules, roll-forwards, reconciliations, and fluctuation analysis.
• Prepare SEC revenue disclosures, technical accounting memos, and audit support for external auditors.
• Lead and develop a team of 1–3 revenue accounting professionals while partnering with Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Business Systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Public company experience with SEC revenue disclosures and external audit coordination.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606, including complex multi-element arrangements.
• Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and improving NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management.
• Eligibility to work in the US is required; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CPA certification and Big Four or national public accounting firm experience.
• Experience with Standalone Selling Price studies and SOX 404 revenue-cycle controls.
• Experience identifying automation opportunities and improving revenue close processes.
