Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 + annual bonus

What you will do

• Onboard acquired companies to US GAAP revenue recognition.
• Implement and maintain revenue recognition policies and operational expedients.
• Manage a direct report and oversee team growth through acquisitions.
• Assist in the implementation of best-in-class billing and revenue recognition systems.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue schedules, including SoX controls.
• Maintain data integrity of revenue and billings for yearly financial audits.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of accounting experience.
• BS/BA degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 1-3 years of public accounting experience with strong revenue recognition acumen.
• Strong understanding of month-end and year-end close processes.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be based in Denver, CO for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions in both public and private sectors.
• Experience with mid-size ERP software.
• Experience within the SaaS and technology services industry.
