Solution Quality Program Manager (QA)

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America

Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead QA strategy and execution for new solutions and app launches across the product pipeline.
• Own functional, regression, SIV, end-to-end, customer journey, and post-sales experience testing.
• Define test plans, entry and exit criteria, release readiness checkpoints, and go/no-go recommendations.
• Track quality status, risks, mitigation plans, defects, customer impact, and root causes.
• Lead internal and external beta programs, including planning, issue triage, and exit reporting.
• Coordinate quality activities with engineering, product, marketing, GTM, support, legal/compliance, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

• Seven to ten years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering development, implementation, project planning, software packages, or people management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Engineering or software development background with strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Hands-on QA planning and execution experience for software, applications, or platform launches.
• Experience with Agile or sprint-based development and CI/CD delivery models.
• Strong defect triage, root-cause analysis, quality risk assessment, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer-facing apps, connected devices, or platform-based solutions.
• Experience working with external development or QA vendors.
• Familiarity with release governance, store submissions, and post-launch quality monitoring.
• PMI/PMP or ITIL certification.
