People Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day people operations across regions.
• Administer and improve employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical process improvements.
• Use HR tools and systems to simplify and scale people processes.
• Maintain SOPs and policies, resolve employee queries, and coordinate projects across the business.
• Work with external payroll and benefits providers while tracking compliance and regional risks.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly HiBob.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Familiarity with AI-driven workflows and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Empathetic and sensitive approach to people operations.

Hiring process
