People Operations Specialist

hirify.global is a fast-growing fusion company developing the hardware and infrastructure for a commercial stellarator fusion power plant, with teams across Munich, Zurich, and Oxford.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day people operations across regions.
• Administer and improve employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable process improvements aligned with business priorities.
• Use HR tools and systems to simplify people processes and maintain clear SOPs and policies across locations.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to drive projects from start to finish and resolve day-to-day people queries.
• Partner with payroll and benefits providers while tracking compliance and managing regional risks.

Requirements

• Empathetic and sensitive approach to working with people.
• Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly HiBob.
• Ability to handle complex projects, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI-driven workflows and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Fluent German language skills.
