What you will do
- Contribute to people projects such as performance management, compensation, and HRIS implementation.
- Own smaller people initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Align stakeholders and support project rollouts.
- Track, analyze, and standardize recurring people processes.
- Prepare follow-up measures that turn process results into action.
Requirements
- Currently studying business, economics, or a similar subject at a top-tier university.
- First experience in consulting or hands-on project management in a fast-paced scale-up or startup environment.
- Structured and analytical working style with a high standard for output quality.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
