People & Culture Operations Expert (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day HR operations and deliver efficient services across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as the central point of contact for managers and employees on operational HR topics.
• Own the HiBob HR system, including configuration, optimization, and data quality.
• Analyze, standardize, and continuously improve HR processes.
• Prepare HR reports and collaborate closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners.
• Contribute to HR projects involving process automation and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience in HR Operations or HR Services.
• Strong hands-on experience with HiBob and the employee lifecycle.
• Structured, service-oriented, solution-driven, and detail-oriented working style.
• Strong systems and data affinity with analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills and a confident presence.
• Very good German and good English skills.
