What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers and developers.
- Execute technical milestones for compilers, runtimes, languages, optimization tools, emulators, and debuggers.
- Contribute to design discussions, architectural reviews, and code problem-solving.
- Coordinate collaboration with hardware, theory, and product teams across global sites.
- Guide developer tooling from experimental research prototypes to robust, production-grade enterprise software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years in formal technical leadership or line management.
- Strong background in compiler design, programming language development, or high-performance developer tooling.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python and Rust.
