IT Engineer (Okta)

Location: Paris, France; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Architect and deploy reliable N8N no-code/low-code workflows for recurring business processes.
• Implement, upgrade, and maintain critical internal infrastructure, with a focus on Okta.
• Resolve advanced hardware, software, and local office network incidents.
• Track engineering tasks in Jira and maintain documentation for IT procedures and system architectures.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, audit privileged accounts, and improve endpoint compliance and MFA coverage.
• Partner with security stakeholders to align workplace infrastructure with ISO 27001 requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing complex IT assets or fleet operations in fast-paced scale-up environments.
• Professional fluency in English for collaboration with international teams.
• Strong experience with Okta identity management, Terraform, MDM tools, and Google Workspace.
• Solid knowledge of workplace infrastructure, firewalls, local corporate networks, and routing.
• Ability to build basic AI prompt-engineering solutions and define technical approaches from scratch.
• Availability to work onsite five days per week from the Paris office.
