What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and access issues for employees.
• Configure and maintain IT equipment including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Manage and support MDM solutions across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.
• Set up and maintain meeting rooms, conferencing systems, and AV equipment.
• Apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and streamline internal IT processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and MDM tools.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Atlassian products.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash.
• Comfortable using AI tools for daily work and building simple automations.
