IT Support Specialist

What you will do

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, including preparing computers for new employees and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain operating systems, security tools, applications, and other core IT systems.
• Manage hardware and software inventory across Apple and Windows environments.
• Ensure meeting rooms and video-conferencing systems operate properly.
• Update and document IT procedures.
• Contribute to IT projects, operational improvements, and automation of recurring issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar IT support role or in a fast-growing environment.
• Passion for IT and technology, with a modern approach to cloud, SaaS, and Google Workspace management.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to identify recurring issues and automation opportunities.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, SaaS management, asset management, ticketing, MDM, SSO, networking, and video-conferencing systems.

• Experience with AI tools or technologies.
